From Tuesday 17 to Thursday 19 May, representatives from the York Central Partnership will be part of the inaugural UK Real Estate investment & infrastructure Forum. Senior colleagues from across Homes England, Network Rail and City of York Council will be there to discuss how we can work in partnership to create great places, help people access high quality new homes and build a better housing market.
As part of the event, there will be a briefing on York Central and an investment showcase with our appointed agent, JLL, who is seeking a development partner to bring forward the ambitious plans to transform this 45 ha brownfield site adjacent to York Central railway station.
