Local project updates to be shared at Holgate Ward public meetings in October

The City of York Holgate Ward Councillors will be holding two public meetings for local residents in October, to which members of the York Central team, and neighbouring projects, have been invited to provide an update on various elements of the development.

These will be great opportunities to update people on various elements of the project and share progress around the exciting York Central development. They will also provide opportunities to ask questions about the project.

Thursday 3rd October, 6pm – 8pm: St Paul’s Church, Holgate Road, York, YO24 4BF

Topics to be discussed at this meeting will include an update on the Wilton Rise footbridge replacement plans and an update from the master developers of York Central about the vision and benefits of the project.

Tuesday 8th October, 6pm – 8pm: St Barnabas Primary School, Jubilee Terrace, York, YO26 4YZ

Topics covered will include an update on the riverside path upgrade, York Central infrastructure progress and the vision and benefits the development will bring, as well as further information about how to have your say on the project.
